That's really cool. We were actually talking about that article in Cynthia's class tonight. Don't you think "creative executive" is an oxymoron? Ridiculous how many non-artists people ideas had to go through to be made. I'm not too worried about Lassetter being spread thin. He's not the only film genious up at PIXAR. man that was a great article I am hoping that one of the many changes that lasseter makes is to bring back 2d animations. It would be great to have that tradition revived
yo Jeremy! great find and very inspiring article. somehow i'm kind of at peace with disney now, now that we have someone to fill walt's shoes. everything in life goes full circle. lets hope the next cycle takes a very very long time to complete.
wow i wonder how much money they will save just doing that. Those who love animation will never refer to it as product or talk about exploring new avenues to maximise product consumption etc.
